Review on NRG Innovations SRK-400CF Carbon Fiber Thin Quick Release by Noe Epps

So. NO SPRING under detent means no QD or steering wheel

Quality comes before name so I came to NRG. After disassembling my new Vanderhall I was pleased with a better fit for safety AND a reduction in the big vibrations that really emanate from the Vandy. The connectors required a slight modification, with one side being altered to match the connectors. No problem. If you find that the latch does not protrude, follow the prompts and loosen the set screw to clear any possible obstruction. Well it never came true. I had to tilt the device to allow the latch to move freely. I ended up removing the set screw and checking with a flashlight and pick pick. There is nothing. At these prices EXPECT better quality, generally those that are only 30% of the same price have just as good reviews. We HOPE our choice is made this way, based on this assumption of strict quality control. I guessed wrong and now my car is stuck because a KEY PART of the product was COMPLETELY ignored. NRG. I expect better. Maybe this is my last wish to support them. The quality varies compared to before. Don't expect customer service to respond. It does not exist. If anyone knows of a locally available replacement spring, I'd appreciate a tip. I'll try a few until I find an answer or come back. I'd like to update the appropriate steps to do this. I know that as career soldiers we expect great attention to detail. Aren't SAFETY and QUALITY the same for the general population?
