I can't give an accurate rating as we ordered the wrong part, we ordered the wrong filter. When my wife started looking for a Revain, looking for the right filter, she put in the make of the model and year, she found at least a small part of the last line of the description saying the Sportage knew well what it was is at the top that it doesn't fit. But as the Revain app works on all devices some have a bigger font than others so now meat and potatoes why am I giving a star well this is my first time ordering anything from the auto department. and now I'm finding out I can't return auto parts that don't have a published warranty. A star is a low rating born out of desperation. We received the package on time and everything would be fine if my order included everything I thought the filter wouldn't fit in my car, so I was literally left with something - something I can't do anything about. I hope the folks at Revain see this and accept the fact that this is the only car part I have ever ordered and offer me an exchange for the one I need.
