Doesn't seem to do anything
This unit has a test mode because people don't hear the range of frequencies being played when a dog barks. It supposedly worked, but other than checking it out, it didn't harm our dog in any way. We tried it inside, we tried it outside. The pup was surprised but certainly not concerned. We won't be using shockers, so let's return to the vibrating collar, which works from time to time. Too bad, it seemed like a good idea.
