Wonderfully designed apron - love it!

I just wanted an apron that didn't hang askew and didn't pull on the neck. I have a lot more. Aprons are usually a simple pattern. Loop at neck, tie at back. But that style never worked for me. Invariably after a day of painting - including face painting, kids have to stretch and stretch a lot - I would find my old apron wrapped around my left side and the neck loop pulled taut at the back of my neck. Ladies who are both creative and physically gifted, you know why. Ordinary flat front aprons are not designed for you at all. As I prepared for another event, I realized I couldn't take another five to eight hours of face painting with my apron trying to just slip my neck to the side. To stop it I needed an apron with wide, flat straps that draped over my shoulders and never touched my neck. Bags would help too. I don't often have time to pause between drawing kids and collecting and saving money, so I found myself making loose change out of my apron pockets. My old apron had useless slanted side pockets that let money fall out and left a bib pocket which was impractical. ladies. Do you know why. So here I was looking for a good, durable apron with straight pockets and straps that won't fall off. I stumbled across these and was impressed by the long detailed description of all the things that I had never considered that could influence the design of an apron. It was more than I originally expected to pay for an apron, but it had everything I wanted and more. I wasn't sure I'd ever use the headphone cord grommet, but I liked the towel loops. Finally, I often wipe my brushes while I work. And there were enough deep, straight pockets to put loose change neatly. The quick release seemed excessive, but it's clear that this apron was designed with care and attention. Also, it comes in multiple colors, so I chose the one that suits my stand. I try not to miss the opportunity to make my branding more consistent. It arrived on time and in good condition. I wasn't planning on using a quick release buckle but my husband added it since it was included and he was already familiar with threading the straps. It's probably a good idea not only to avoid knotting, but also to remember how the straps go when you dress them up, as they cross at the back. This apron is great. It's not around my neck, comfortable, durable, stays in place no matter how much I stretch and paint, and I look forward to my next kids face painting event. The towel loops are unobtrusive and lie flat when not in use, the pockets are spacious and easily accessible, they close very well while still allowing full freedom of movement. Some reviews mention sagging seams, but my seams are great. Tight, even, comparable to the seams of a good pair of jeans. Whatever the case, the headphone cable grommet fit well, with no creases or fraying in the surrounding fabric. Since I consider a painting to be splashproof, I doubt I'll wash it often enough for it to wear out. In short, this is the best apron I have ever owned, possibly the best apron out there. Retailers are justifiably proud of this marvel of apron technology and I respect and appreciate the commitment to excellence in design and manufacturing. This apron lasts a very, very long time and I'm so glad I bought it! The instruction cards are very cute. 😁
