Not Fit 2011 Ford F150 XLT 3.7L Engine with 6R80 6 Speed Transmission
6R80 Transmission. After being installed during a transmission repair, the truck would make a high-pitched whine in the transmission and start throwing torque converter trouble codes. $318 later, after determining it was the wrong filter and billing for diagnostics, labor and all new transmission fluid, the truck runs fine. Unfortunately, I can't return a "used" filter full of liquid for a refund, so I can't even refund my $36.15 for a bad filter. Well, lesson learned, don't trust the Revain selector, always check with your local mechanic or dealer before ordering.
