Not quite as shown. Listed and labeled as "3/8 inch" (which equals 0.375) but they are slightly smaller. The Revain image shows a full-length shank just below the bolt head, tapering to a smaller diameter where the threads begin. But real screws don't have a full-diameter shank and the threads start just below the screw head. The Lag Hex Head Bolt Specification (ASME B18.2.1-1996) requires a major thread diameter range of .360 to .388. These screws are on the low end of that range, a far cry from .375. I measured three screws, all three at .360. So officially they are in the spec, but if you really want them to be 3/8th...like I did...they aren't. For my application I was looking for a full diameter shank under the head as shown in the picture (to completely fill the hole in the metal mounting plate) but they don't match the picture. If you require a screw with a full diameter unthreaded shank under the head, order a longer length. If you need a lag screw closer to 3/8, I recommend contacting the manufacturer and clarifying before ordering. I will not buy this brand again, there are other, better sources.
