Great Solution For Email Archival Needs
I like that it is an easy to use platform for my organization with out-of-the box functions without having to build custom solutions from scratch or spend months waiting for something else we need to be released by GDSTech! There are some things missing but they have been working hard at getting this fixed so hopefully soon will come improvements where needed most!! We've used GDS as our email archiving solution since 2016 when were acquired by Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As of now there isn't anything better than what's available through their offering which makes us very happy about everything being offered within one product/suite instead off using multiple tools such as MailArchive, Office 365 etc..
Pros
- Email security encryption along side user account management
- Easy implementation across whole business organisation via admin console.
- Simple way in implementing new services into existing environment while allowing full access control over each customer domain / groups
Cons
- Not the best
