The most helpful feature is being able to create multiple tasks for each project, which helps me keep track of what needs done as well as check progress at any given time. I dislike how long it takes to load projects into the system after they are first created. It can take up to 10 minutes or more depending on the size of your file. This makes scheduling difficult since you have no way to know if your task will be available when you need it. We've been using this product for over 2 years now and haven't had problems with the program yet! If you're looking for something easy to use but doesn't offer too much customization then this might not be right for you. There's nothing bad about using this service, we just needed something simple to help us get organized without having to learn all new features.
