Lighter and smaller than I expected. Mine is just under 9 inches long and just under 8 inches tall. Weighing just over 2 pounds (2 pounds, 3 ounces), this doorstop keeps the door firmly on the carpet. Using it on a hardwood floor to hold the door in place is a little more problematic, as anything but a gentle breeze on the door will push that little dog across the floor. Also the dog I received only had 1 eye. The dog was shipped in a crate with a doorstop in a sealed bag with "Ready to Ship" written on the outside. The second eye was not in the sealed bag or sealed box. It looks like someone simply overlooked the quality check and didn't notice the missing eye before putting the dog in the bag, sealing the bag, then putting it in the box and sealing the box. My biggest concern is that there is now a small hole in the fabric where the eye used to be. Would I buy this product again? no
