Luckily I didn't have to test this helmet for protection so this rating is based on comfort and looks only. The first thing I like is the magnetic closure. I was worried it wouldn't feel secure, but as long as it's properly tightened, it works just as well as a traditional buckle, with the added bonus of a super-fast, lightweight closure. Second, the optics are great. It's hard to find a helmet that even looks "cool" but I think this is the closest you can get. The colors are a little flashy and different, and because of the gradient effect, it goes well with any color clothes. I've only really used this helmet in the summer and haven't had any overheating issues. There are lots of vents and it was very comfortable.
