I don't know why some people say it doesn't stick. It sticks to my new 3 wood that still has plastic on it! It also makes a significant click, so that's a good thing. A simple tool but very useful for aligning and positioning the club head. You can use it to line up a shot or to practice your backswing (a good visual checkpoint to make sure the racquet is properly showing the backswing). No complaints - definitely recommend.
