I spent way more time looking for a knife sharpening set than I should have. I got the sharp pebbles first, which overall isn't a bad choice but if you want to be on top. Look no further. Dalstrong far exceeds my expectations and I don't think I'll be ordering any other set than Dalstrong now. The packaging, which doubles as storage when not in use, was incredible. The base is made from sleek dark acacia wood and the blocks are almost twice the size of most brands, not to mention the individual blocks, which is great if you've ever used a block to the end. This set has it all and more. Take my advice if you're looking for one of the best, you've found it. Sharpening knives is meditation for me, so I take it very seriously.
