This is my replacement unit. In the first case, the fans and pump worked fine, but the RGB did not. I contacted Arctic customer service, they told me to check the connections between the fans and press the button on the A-RGB remote. Well I bought the 360A RGB version which didn't have a remote control. Maybe they didn't read carefully what I wrote before making such a suggestion. And because of one such suggestion, I went to great lengths to remove the pump to see if there was a "button" under the pump. There aren't any, and I nearly destroyed my CPU from having to force the pump out that the CPU was stuck to due to the highly adhesive thermal paste. The CPU got stuck so I had to spin it a bit and it accidentally blew up and gave me a heart attack. Some of the pins were actually bent, but I still managed to gently push them back in. Not exactly the Arctic's fault, just like that. Please be more responsible with your offer next time. So, as for the 2nd device, this time I carefully connected the ARGB connector first to check if it works or not and it works. In terms of performance, I used 2 other AIOs: EK AIO 360 D-RGB and Cooler Master ML280 Mirror AIO with arctic fans. I have to say, if you value noise over thermal performance, Arctic is your best bet. On EK AIO 360 D-RGB, the idle CPU temperature is 39-45°C (sometimes the temperature rises to 50-55°C for no reason, and then drops back to 42-45°C). 43C). CPU (Cinebench23 10min and games) underload temperature is always below 61°C. The temperature for this AIO always fluctuates like the stock market. Also, every time I turn on the computer, I always hear a lot of noise coming from the EK+ pump fans. EK fans are very loud, as are Phanteks fans (with the exception of their latest T30). Luckily I didn't buy any extra fans from EK or Phanteks (I have a Phanteks P600S). For the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB, the idle CPU temperature is 37-45 °C (40-41 °C at the time of writing this test, but it's stable now) CPU underload temperature is 60-63 °C (but with much less noise from the pump + fans). No audible noise when turning on the PC. Arctic gives the same temperature but with less noise. I like a quiet PC. My first PC case was the be quiet Pure Base 500DX. Temperatures were taken in August 2021 in Houston, Texas at room temperature. Last but not least, for some people, myself included, the biggest downside is the lack of RGB on the pump itself, but I'm very happy with the performance. No complaints. For real. I give 5 stars for AIO, 0 stars for customer service. By the way, the installation is not easy, but doable. Good packaging. The minimum amount of packaging materials is used. Not enough screws included. There are only 2 ports, which is very convenient.
