The only problem when I tried to clone my hard drive to this SDD was that the SDD was not formatted for GPT to MBR or vice versa, can't remember. So the cloning software does not perform this process. I had to put the SSD in another computer as a secondary computer, go to disk mgmt and follow this procedure. The cloning software will tell you what to convert the SSD to if necessary. This is just an example, but do your research and choose the right format conversion. Example. To initialize a hard drive with GPTC Click Start, type diskmgmt.msc in the Start search box. Right-click diskmgmt.msc and select "Run as administrator". , select GPT (GUID Partition Table) and click OK. Make sure the disk status is "Online", otherwise right click and select "Initialize Disk". If the drive is already initialized, right-click the label on the left and select "Convert to GPT". Disc. Once the disk is initialized, right-click the unallocated space, select "Create a simple volume" and follow the prompts to complete the process. After completing this process, everything went smoothly. This SSD is pretty fast and along with the memory upgrade I increased the benchmarks by 150%. Much luck.
