I've been using it for about 2 months instead of breakfast or lunch. I mix it with 1 banana, 5-7 ice cubes, 3 strawberries, 7 almonds and 1/2 scoop of chopped veggies. I have switched between this and another brand of meal replacement. Sometimes I add a scoop of chocolate milk mix just for the chocolate flavor - I guess it's not as bad as a chocolate shake :-) I haven't lost much weight but I'm not nervous when I'm ready for my next meal and I have daytime more energy - blood sugar does not drop after 2-3 hours :-)
