***UPDATE*** DOES NOT WORK WITH STREAM! I just bought a new VGA adapter because I can't find my other one. I tried to watch a movie through a projector with a VGA cable (as I have done in the past and it worked great!), now we couldn't watch the movie because this device is no longer compatible with Prime Video . Hey You Tube worked but I didn't try to rent a movie through You Tube. That's why I was able to watch movie trailers on Prime Video, but I couldn't actually see the movie. I don't want to waste my movie to find out that I can't watch movies on You Tube either. I will be returning the new one I just received in the mail as it is meaningless to me now. I mainly use this for work to connect my phone to a projector. It does everything I need other than watching Netflix or Disney+. This product allows me to stream content from my phone to a projector via a bluetooth speaker for better sound quality. But when I wanted to use Netflix or Disney+, the screen just went black, but the audio still came out of the Bluetooth speaker. Fair warning, if you get an HDMI adapter (which works with Netflix, although I'm not sure with Disney+) you'll need to use speakers that play video. And projectors don't have that much volume, so I use that.
