This is my second robot vacuum and it does a great job. We have a one-story house with an area of 1800 sq.m. Feet with wooden floors, tiles, carpets and carpeting. The disinfection feature is a new feature for me that seems like a plus. My biggest concern was the tassels on the carpets, my last robot vacuum didn't handle the edges of the carpets very well. This model doesn't have a rotating brush and that seems to avoid brush eating, but the suction along with the side brush gets the job done perfectly, picking up a ton as it slowly goes around the house cleaning every room. Set up was quick and easy, I have a tall bench with enough room for a base station underneath. If you only want to clean one room, you can leave the vacuum running there to save time. This model seems ideal for 1000-1500 square feet of floor space. There is a remote control to control this model so you don't have to mess around with the app. It comes with an extra air filter and two extra brushes for easy replacement of parts.
