In a pinch, this works as an imperfect and very temporary solution. If you have a hole in your exhaust pipe, make the right decision and take your car to a muffler shop as soon as possible. Muffler gasket, I had a slightly less noisy exhaust leak which ultimately led to exhaust camshaft sensor failure. I fixed the problem and took the car to a muffler shop where they could weld in a new pipe for $200. I wish I had just done that from the start. This product will not be a permanent solution! In the end you will have to solve the problem with the exhaust by replacing or welding. Skip the temporary fix and just do it right!
