Review on Honeywell Replacement Wicking Filter A, 3 Pack: Efficient White Filters (3 Count) by Mark Erandio

I bought the Honeywell HCM 710 because the reviews said it was one of the easiest to service. It worked beautifully until I had to buy replacement filters. The filters came with a blue outer coating. (I hoped it would work even better than what came with the unit.) To my horror and disgust, I had to replace the filter after only two weeks. I thought it was an accident and tried again. Not only was the filter covered in mold again, but limescale was forming in the water. This product should be recalled and the old one made available immediately. May I know what Honeywell is doing to address this issue?
