I was very surprised by this set. Sometimes it seems to me that you order these unbranded items and they somehow disappoint you with the quality or lack of attention to detail. I didn't have any of these problems with this storage system. The only issue I had was that the hardware package wasn't sealed so there were screws and anchors everywhere. The powder coating is decent, and while it can wear down from scratching with metal objects, I didn't feel like it was misapplied. Installation was easy. You get two types of drywall anchors, although you won't have enough screws for each mounting hole. I'm not sure if some of them fell out of the box, but it looks like they didn't. The holes are spaced 16 inches from the center post, and the holes at the end of each section are spaced appropriately so you can try to hit the edge of the post of each of the two pieces that meet at that point. Be careful. The rail sections are oriented up and down. Once the rail is in place the hooks insert easily and have rubber inserts to prevent slipping and provide a snug fit. Using the hardware provided. The longer the straight 2 rod hangar lasts about 5 scoops with no issues and I don't feel like there are any hooks or bars bending or breaking. Overall it has helped me organize my garage and I am very happy with it.
