Defective after 3 months

I drive a 2008 Toyota Prius. I bought a wheel bearing on February 4th, 2020 and replaced it a week later. Today is May 20, 2020 and the wheel bearing has failed. I drove with the kids in the car on the freeway. Fortunately, nothing bad happened. The hub almost came out of the wheel bearing.
