This is a great, inexpensive leather leash option. I can't confirm I chewed on evidence as my girls don't chew their leashes. But I have a strong Pit/Rottweiler mix that weighs 75lbs and handles it just fine pulling that far! Looks more expensive than it is, that's for sure. The clasp seems solid but I'll update if it doesn't last long! Came in a box and stank a lot when I first opened it, but the smell dissipated within a day after airing it out. We bought ours more for looks as my girl really only tugs for a second or so when she sees a squirrel - those little fags always taunt her! She was recently given a beautiful expensive Italian leather collar and pink nylon leash which she already had, she just looked so cheesy! You know, a girl should match her accessories! It was a great purchase until we were able to switch to a leash that actually fit. These dogs need a job to pay for all their supplies!
