For those who have purchased a Breville Smart Oven, you are smart enough to know you do not need a Breville cutting board to complete your purchase. I was a Breville supporter so I bought this cutting board which turned out to be nothing special. We all think about things from time to time and I thought it was a "required subject" but it really isn't. I've seen better, cheaper bamboo or other style cutting boards at Bed Bath and Beyond or many other stores. Be sure to buy the Breville Smart Oven! Best purchase I've made in years but you don't need a cutting board. Any other board will do, or you may not need to purchase an additional board if you already have one.
