Not only did this remote not work with my Viore TV, it was a rat's nest of 800 numbers to finally get to a service technician who could at least understand why. The remote controls are obsolete, since the programs (codes) in them are intended for TVs sold TODAY. I was given a lot of wrong information and finally told to just keep trying different models until I find one that works! Yes, that's right, like there's nothing left for me to do. With all our great tech, Audiovox can't even tell me which remote works with which TV? This goes beyond laziness. This is unacceptable. Vote with dollars, then vote with your feet! Dissatisfied.
