Review on Closed Bulge Acorn Nuts 1 38 by Garrett Craven

I bought these nuts to replace the original nuts that came standard on my 2015 Ford Edge. Growing up in my family's tire shop, I had a hard time believing a tire mechanic who told me my nuts were swollen. What?! However after doing some research I found that this has been common on Ford vehicles since 2010 when they started using two piece nuts with chrome caps. I decided not to do minor repairs instead of buying my own replacement parts instead of shelling out the exorbitant amount the store was going to charge me for the nut. They fit really well. Only time will tell if using pneumatic installation tools will affect the finish.
