Very Dissatisfied: Canister Flush Valves

Very disappointing, this part came in a flimsy box in the packaging. The box was crushed. The top of the valve was broken. I had to fix it to deliver it to my customers The car is unhappy with the situation but my customer can't wait another 3 or 4 days to get his car back. He's not even sure if this part will work and might end up doing the job twice "for the second time for free", very very dissatisfied
