Terrible and dangerous.
This is the first review I have ever written. The first terrible package, wrapped in thick plastic that cannot be removed without a blade. The ratchet system is so clumsy it's almost impossible to install. and yes, it draws blood. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. It's installed now, but if I ever have to move or delete it, it'll probably end up in the trash.
