5 seconds when the package when I put the ball's pin in its hole cut the pin's coating in half in the cut. It just seems like Kurt could do a better job with a set of locking pins that already seems expensive. I wouldn't mind paying a premium if I received a premium product. Even the rubber boots covering the keyholes seem flimsy and ephemeral to this world. Probably not worth the time to send it back but maybe if I find something better. Upgrade 2/4/183. Tried the hitch and I found the thin keyhole cover was broken. And more chrome came off the pin. It's probably all over now, but no rust so far.
