This is a high quality kinesiotape, easy to use, simply cut and apply starting from the centre, choose how much curl you want before pressing and tape ends after bottom without stretching, that helps them hold up better and last longer. I also recommend rounding off the edges. This tape can last for days, it lasts in the shower and won't come off until you want to take it off. It started to peel off a little around the edges and the glue decided to stay after I took it off, but I was able to wipe it off. I've used this for support around the knee and for pain relief, it helps. There are different taping methods. Ask your doctor which method is best for you.
