Item as described. quite satisfied but in the box the product looks like it has been damaged/opened/used. There are signs of torn packaging and parts are not arranged professionally as they should be with a brand new product. However, the hot pot still works perfectly, it's just that you really need to scrape away the protective mesh foam that's stuck all over the pot and grill, and peel off the thick layer of black mud coating over the grill area and handle. I'm not sure if these black layers are food safe or not but I have some concerns so I clean and rinse the product many times before using it. On first use, both the hot pot and grill work great with individual temperature control and heat up fairly quickly. I'm sticking with it for now, but let's see how this quality holds up over time.
