The software is user-friendly even for new users. It's easy to use and has all of the features we need when working with life sciences products. Reporting can be cumbersome at times but that also depends on your team members' experience level as well as how much you customize it versus just using the default reports. I would recommend this product if you're looking for an integrated system that allows you to track compliance from start to finish in one place. We are able to easily see where things stand within our R&D department so there isn't any confusion about what needs to happen next or who should do what.
