Does not illuminate as stated on packaging. And this is only clearly visible on the metal that still has rust and scale. As a welder, you clean the welding area 9/10 times to remove scale, rust or paint. It absorbs metal surfaces almost invisibly after preparation. I would not waste money, soapstone is much more profitable and convenient. Really disappointed and I feel cheated by the good old misleading ads.
