broke after almost every use

It worked fine for a while but now the 1st switch doesn't work anymore, the 2nd works, the 3rd barley works and the 4th seems fine. I installed it under the dash of my 2017 RZR 900. I haven't ridden the RZR off-road since installing the switch and it hasn't gotten wet. It stays parked in the shelter and I also have a roof on the car. I expected better quality
