Same problem as everyone else.
As with all others, the orange plastic tip will fall off. It is better to make a clamp with a wire that does not allow the tip to fall off. Look for a better made item. They work when the tip falls off and is lost. They just don't work as intended. Otherwise it's good value for money. I used a dab of super glue hoping it would keep them from falling off.
