We received 2 of these sleeves. The first was damaged. You, Compact Appliance, sent us a second case. Also arrived damaged. I sent them pictures of it but got no response. We bought an air conditioner and case from them at the end of May and now it's almost in the middle of a very hot July and we still can't install our air conditioner. I'm worried that by the time we finally get this sorted out, God forbid there's something wrong with AC. Then what will we do? I really regret buying from a second Revain seller. I also bought a small bathroom cabinet from a second Revain seller. It should arrive on July 12th. I pray all goes well but this will definitely be the last time I trust a Revain seller.
