Customer Service is Terrible
As a licensed plumber, I visited the website for information for a professional installation of their sub-meters purchased by one of my clients. In the months that followed, I was inundated with many daily emails that should get my attention. There was no way to unsubscribe. When I finally contacted support to ask them to stop sending emails, I was accused of spamming! If customer service is that rude I will never do business and urge anyone reading this to be careful.
