This product looks like an advertisement but there is a confusing aspect to the device I purchased. When using the device, the mute marking is reversed for each line. The sign states that the operator must press the button to get to the line. That is not right. For the row and question to work, the user must have the appropriate button. At first I thought my model was defective, but now I understand that the markings were wrong. I even went so far as to initiate a return, but then I found an error. That's why I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star.
