Useful for training

At work I was constantly told that we can't afford a splitter for training because only devices that cover hundreds are compatible with our phones. that works great! Plugging into your phone is a little awkward, but better than not being able to hear both sides of a conversation during a workout.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥

Great Buy Accessories & Supplies

I work from home and this is the second adapter I have bought. It's very small and light, but the sound quality is excellent for my headphones. I had a terrible buzz and wasn't sure what the problem was. I bought a new headset and still had tinnitus and clients. I finally bought this and it worked! I hear very clearly, no annoying buzzing in my ears and everyone can hear me clearly.

Pros
  • Fits me great

A great learning tool for a small office

We have a small service business. It can be difficult to teach a new employee to answer the phone when they can't hear an experienced employee handling a call. With this tool you can connect 2 handsets to your office phone. One is your regular phone, which you can use to talk to and listen to your customer; 2nd is ideal for a new hire to sit down and listen to both sides of a conversation.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Great training headset

I have two of these headsets in the call center to use when training new hires. They are excellent and work exactly as pictured. I've been using one of these for over a year and it's still working great, will buy again if I need more.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons

Labeling issues - phone accessories

This product looks like an advertisement but there is a confusing aspect to the device I purchased. When using the device, the mute marking is reversed for each line. The sign states that the operator must press the button to get to the line. That is not right. For the row and question to work, the user must have the appropriate button. At first I thought my model was defective, but now I understand that the markings were wrong. I even went so far as to initiate a return, but then I found an…

Works great with phone accessories

I use this device to switch between a regular handset and a headset with a boom microphone. "Switch" is not quite the right word. Both devices are always active for listening at the same time - with the buttons on the top you can easily mute the microphone of the device you don't want to use. As far as I can tell both mics are active at the same time when not using a mute button. With both mics on in this way, your interlocutor will lower the volume a little, but it's imperceptible and you'll…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
