5 stars for customer service. The ERT01 camera was ok, maybe 3 stars. I bought the camera because of the IP69 protection class. The picture was decent, but I also noticed a purple tint on the screen, especially with trees and things that should be green. I contacted eRapta and the customer service was fantastic. They mentioned they had a kilometer that had this problem but most don't have it anymore and I must have had the old one. They were very responsive and worked with me to exchange it quickly and easily. In the end I decided to upgrade to ERT03. Will stop by here and update this after I receive it. Fantastic customer service experience.
