The best part of this application was how it helped us track our customers' behavior while they were visiting different pages or products we have online.

It also allowed me personally as an employee at my organization who worked remotely from home during COVID-19 pandemic get connected with other team members through video calls which made working together very easy for all involved parties! I do not like anything about Insignals feature set so far but am hoping more features will be added over time since there are many problems being solved by using their solution (i.e., tracking visitor behaviors). We use insignts primarily because its ability to allow employees across various locations connect via webcams without having to physically meet eachother makes collaboration much easier than before when people had to travel often just to talk face2face.
