I like that they are very fast at delivering their service to me! It is easy for them to get my information from another provider (such as work) so it's not hard if there isn't an interpreter available when needed. Sometimes you have to wait longer than expected but this rarely happens. They also provide great customer support which makes things easier. If your looking for quick translation of documents or interviews then definitely use these guys. The only thing i dislike about using them was having to pay per call instead of paying monthly/yearly fee. This can be costly depending how many calls we make each month. We used them mostly for translations between our office staff members who speak different native language.
