More features added over last few years but overall it's very good product14). As said above all problems have got resolved since I started using them as my health insurer15). The biggest benefit that i like from these plans is their affordability16 ). I like that it allows me to see all my information in one location instead of having multiple places for bills, etc. It's not very user friendly or intuitive so you have to spend some time figuring things out if you are coming from another product. You also cannot add new providers as far as I know which would be helpful when switching carriers. We were using several different systems at once but this helped us consolidate everything into 1 place.
