Pros

An absolutely convenient thing, of course, not all blades are suitable for solid foods, for example, dicing a cucumber is unlikely to work if it is not canned, but thinly slicing potatoes or onions on one of the inserts with a simple blade, or the same cucumber - very quickly and thinly succeed.
