It's more than the pictures suggest.

Yes, I agree with the only other comment. Why is there a reset pin but no damn secondary switch. What does this connection actually do? I'm assuming and saying that the wires themselves probably came from the leftover front I/O cables from the PC case, and instead of wasting time and labor they just left them.
