Works well, the button is pressed perfectly and works 100% of the time. The shirt clip is sturdier than I expected and holds up great when turning. After wearing it for a while and bending the little hook inwards a bit, it becomes really comfortable and discreet. A serious problem, however, is that the microphone level is lower than we would like. Especially with masks, you actually have to speak to a normal or even quite loud door to get the message across, even if the microphone is close to your mouth. That might be fine for some things, but in a retail environment it can result in people around you hearing what you're saying, which isn't always desirable. It's similar with all of our devices so I don't think they're defective, they just have low volume mics. They're not terrible at all, but far from perfect. Aside from the mic, however, they're perfect and have survived retail for a while. Get wet, get wet. They don't feel cheap and clearly hold their own. I wish the microphone could be improved.
