Great product - even better Customer Service

The ease of use and the support. This software is very user friendly and it is easy to use and navigate. It does have a few glitches here and there but they are easy to fix. The customer service is great and I have never experienced any problems with them. I would highly recommend this company and this software. I would have to say the only thing I dislike about this company is the customer service. When I call with questions or problems, they are always willing to help. I have had no problems with this software. It is easy to use, easy to navigate and easy to learn. It is great for all sizes of businesses. This software is great for any company that has a large staff and that does a lot of catering. This software is great for any size of company. The ease of use for both our guests as well as ourselves! I love how easy it was to set up all my events in one place vs having multiple spreadsheets or apps open at once. There are some things we would like added but this isn't something they can do so far. We have been using TPP since 2013 when we started out doing weddings only (we now offer corporate functions too). It has helped us streamline everything into 1 platform where everyone knows what's going down next week/month etc.

Pros
  • Having just recently upgraded from their previous version being able easily move between months / years without losing data makes life much easier than before..I really appreciate not needing an excel spreadsheet anymore :) Everything runs smoother & quicker due its ability be synched seamlessly across devices + browsers.and if you're missing anything your backups take care off whatever
