Very satisfied, we use them every day

I did a lot of research before purchasing 2 Wahoo Ticker Fits for me and my wife. It turns out that almost all the negative reviews we read about are easy to correct. A little trial and error in placing the sensor on your body goes a long way in preventing dropouts and false readings. Experiment with connecting Bluetooth to your phone, especially when cycling, and keep distances short. I wear mine just under my shoulder when cycling and on the same side as my phone holder. Also, DO NOT use sunscreen or lotion! With a little common sense, these are exceptional HRMs that work extremely well. The battery lasts a long time and is easy to charge with a magnetic USB clip, the remaining power is displayed in the application. The factory app is simple, which I like, but shows all the important things. It has a wide variety of named workouts, including cycling and skiing, and the ability to modify or simply create your own named programs. After entering personal stats, it automatically calculates your personal heart rate zones and calories burned, along with easy-to-read charts that track each other. During our bike rides we get a detailed map of our route with graphs of altitude, speed and heart rate. Additional pages of collected data can be added as desired. Of course, stationary workouts do not show kilometers or elevation gain and are tailored to the workout you have chosen. They are all stored in history and can be easily retrieved or deleted. Easily link many fitness apps. I personally only use the factory app, but my wife uses Google Fit. Cleaning is easy with mild soap and water as the sensor is waterproof and has no battery compartment. I heard how weak the band was, right? It's a soft velcro strap that's very comfortable and after a month of daily use and a few cleanings I don't see any signs of wear. However, it's not stainless steel or hard plastic, which will certainly last longer at the expense of comfort. I think the strap isn't a problem if and when I wear it out, I just swap it out, comfort is more important to me than extreme durability. Overall we are very satisfied and glad we didn't listen to some of the bad reviews or bought a watch or chest strap. It's perfect? No, and you'll have to experiment a little to find your personal sweet spot for placement on your body. After that it will work very well. We use them every day!
