Generally a good case, could be better.

The body is made of comfortable material, very pleasant in appearance and design. I would buy it again but I think it could have been done better. The seams around the velcro are not sewn well enough not to tear easily when loosening the velcro which is strongly fastened. So if you stretch it with some force, it's easy to open it too wide and end up breaking the stitches. . I've never been particularly fond of velcro as they are usually difficult to break and make an awkward noise when opened. It was a good invention, it just works either too little or too much. So the cracked part had to be repaired, but that's not so bad. I think the sizes are weird for these cases. I don't think that as the sides get longer, the height is the same on most home air conditioners. It would be better to offer them in 30 x 30 x 29, 34 x 34 x 32, 36 x 36 x 33 and 38 x 38 x 34 inch sizes. These dimensions are more suitable for Trane and similar brands of air conditioners. In other words, these lids are made too high from top to bottom. I had both I bought cut down from 30x30x36 to 30x30x28.5 for 2 Trane XR14 3 ton compressors. I also have a bigger one but it's only 27 inches tall, wider and narrower but 36 x 36 x 40 would mean losing 13 inches! I asked the seamstress to fold the material along the seam where two colors will be sewn together. to shorten by 7 inches. You can't even tell they were cut. They fit pretty well now, although the short side is a little loose since it was about 30 x 27. The game just makes it a bit sloppy, but there aren't any budget caps that come close to the size of the main compressors.
