It's a little larger than I need but gives the full coverage and protection I was looking for. 600D poly material is heavy and durable. I didn't find any construction flaws, seams, velcro, or vents. It snowed between order and delivery so I didn't have the opportunity to install air conditioning, but my first impression of the box seems to be of very good quality and looks like it has to withstand the elements very well. This is a really well made heavy duty case. The problem is finding the right size. I checked several times, spent a good hour looking at the covers, even gave my exact size, but to no avail. We have an 18 SEER Trane condenser unit. It is 31 x 32.5 x 41 in height. All lids become much larger in diameter with increasing height. The body is made of comfortable material, very pleasant in appearance and design. I would buy it again but I think it could have been done better. The seams around the velcro are not sewn well enough not to tear easily when loosening the velcro which is strongly fastened. So if you stretch it with some force, it's easy to open it too wide and end up breaking the stitches. . I've never been particularly fond of velcro as they are usually difficult to break and make an awkward noise when opened…
