The main reason I tried this device was the price. It was way cheaper than everyone else and still highly rated so I was very surprised when I received it and the remote control was annoying to adjust the intensity and the collar broke on the 2nd day. it never vibrates either. Tried all swamps on my arm and no change. The range was amazing for such a cheap device, but only as long as it worked. Oh, and it never got wet, not even rain, so that couldn't be a problem. Edit: Changed to a star after not receiving a refund or reply within a month of returning it.
